Job Description
How You'll Make an Impact
As an Amazon Seller Business Development Representative at AMZ AllStars, you will be the frontline driver of our client acquisition efforts by connecting with Amazon sellers and eCommerce brands that are growing and hiring remote talent.
Your primary responsibility is to identify qualified Amazon businesses, conduct outbound outreach through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn, and book high-quality discovery calls directly with our CEO.
AMZ AllStars specializes in recruiting top-tier remote talent for Amazon sellers and eCommerce businesses, including Executive Assistants, Customer Support Specialists, PPC Specialists, Catalog Managers, Operations Managers, Supply Chain Coordinators, and other key roles. Your success directly contributes to expanding our client base and helping fast-growing brands build high-performing remote teams.
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven, persistent, and results-oriented Business Development Representative who thrives on outbound prospecting and knows how to turn cold outreach into qualified sales conversations.
This role requires strong cold calling skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to quickly identify hiring opportunities within Amazon and eCommerce businesses.
You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the AMZ AllStars internal team. If you enjoy prospecting, love building pipelines from scratch, and want to work with one of the fastest-growing sectors in eCommerce recruitment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify Amazon sellers, Amazon aggregators, private label brands, and multi-channel eCommerce businesses that are actively hiring or scaling.
- Research target decision-makers including founders, CEOs, COOs, Operations Managers, HR Managers, and Brand Managers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SellerSprite, Helium 10, Amazon storefront research, company websites, and other prospecting tools.
- Build and maintain a clean, organized pipeline of qualified prospects with accurate contact information and outreach history.
Outbound Outreach
- Execute daily multi-channel outreach through cold calling (primary), cold email, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Conduct 50–80 outbound calls per day and send 40–60 personalized emails per day to qualified prospects.
- Follow structured follow-up sequences through calls, email, and LinkedIn until a clear outcome is achieved.
- Use missed calls strategically to generate callbacks and verify active numbers rather than relying on voicemail.

- Position AMZ AllStars as a strategic recruitment partner for sourcing experienced remote talent.
- Book qualified discovery calls directly on the CEO's calendar.
- Send reminder follow-ups one day before and one hour before scheduled meetings to reduce no-shows.

-
Report weekly on:
- Calls completed
- Emails sent
- Response rates
- Meetings booked
- Pipeline health
- Share insights on common objections, successful messaging, and emerging hiring trends among Amazon sellers.
Required Experience

- Proven experience conducting 50+ outbound calls daily with measurable results.
- Strong written English skills with the ability to write concise, personalized outreach messages.
- Comfortable handling rejection while maintaining persistence and professionalism.
- Highly organized and self-managed with excellent pipeline management skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar.

-
Familiarity with the Amazon ecosystem and common seller roles
- Experience working for a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or virtual assistant company.
- Understanding of Amazon seller challenges such as inventory management, advertising, listing optimization, customer support, and business operations.
- Proven ability to build a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting rather than relying on inbound leads.
What You'll Bring to the Team

- Urgency — you respond to interested prospects quickly and capitalize on momentum.
- Pipeline discipline — you maintain accurate CRM records, execute follow-up sequences consistently, and manage your pipeline effectively.
