Salary Range: PHP35,000 to PHP40,000 depending on experience
How you'll make an impact:
As a B2B eCommerce Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, visibility, and overall quality of our product catalog across multiple B2B eCommerce platforms, such as Staples, CDW, Insight, and Office Depot. This role supports our diversification strategy by optimizing product listings, maintaining content integrity, and managing eCommerce operations.

Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing product data, auditing listings, optimizing content, and resolving discrepancies across various eCommerce platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure all product information is accurate, updated, and aligned with business objectives.
Your daily tasks will include monitoring internal ticketing systems, addressing pricing and content issues, conducting audits, and optimizing product pages to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Catalog Management & Optimization:
- Maintain and update product information across B2B eCommerce channels.
- Ensure product listings include accurate descriptions, specifications, and pricing.
- Optimize content for better search rankings and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance product pages.
Ticket Management & Auditing:
Actively monitor and resolve issues through internal ticketing systems.
Address content discrepancies, pricing violations, and stock issues.
Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and completeness.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with internal teams to resolve content-related issues.
- Support cross-department initiatives to streamline eCommerce processes.
Required Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce product management or a related role.
- Hands-on experience managing B2B marketplaces such as Staples, CDW, Insight, and Office Depot.
- Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office for data management and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in product listings.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) for collaboration with teams and partners.
- Problem-solving skills with an action-oriented approach to resolving ticketing and listing issues.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B eCommerce or marketplace content management.
- Background in SEO and content optimization to improve product visibility.
- Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration, working with marketing, operations, and sales teams.
