Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized Social Media Specialist to manage creators, oversee video editor collaboration, and execute efficient content plans. In this role, you will conduct market research, maintain scheduling workflows, and serve as the communication bridge between the client, creators, and editors. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about leveraging social media trends to achieve impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research:

  • Manage the IG Tracker Airtable to track and rank creators’ Reels by metrics like views.
  • Research successful creators to stay updated with trends and expand industry knowledge.

Content Planning and Scheduling:

  • Develop content plans and share them with creators and clients via Notion CRM.
  • Use the IG Scheduler Airtable to schedule approved content with accurate captions, accounts, and posting dates.

Google Drive Management:

  • Organize and manage IG Reels folders, ensuring that approved content is properly stored and accessible.

Creator and Client Communication:

  • Communicate via email, text, or calls to discuss content ideas and strategies.
  • Conduct strategy calls with creators and clients as required.

Video Editor Collaboration

  • Approve or request edits from the video editor, ensuring content meets quality standards and deadlines.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing creators and collaborating with video editors.
  • Strong organizational skills for handling content schedules and workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with Instagram Reels-style short-form content.

  • Proficiency with Airtable and Notion CRM or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic video editing skills are a plus.

  • Familiarity with emerging social media trends and strategies.

  • Experience in influencer or creator management is highly desirable.
