Job Title: PI System Support Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced PI System Support Engineer to provide operational support for a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. The engineer will be responsible for day-to-day system support, troubleshooting, and periodic system reviews to ensure stable and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support for the PI System, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Investigate and resolve data flow, interface, and performance issues in a timely manner.
• Support users in resolving system-related operational issues and incidents.
• Perform periodic system health checks, maintenance reviews, and performance assessments.
• Support change management activities related to PI System configuration or enhancements.
• Coordinate with IT, Automation, and Operations teams to ensure system availability and reliability.
• Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with site SOPs and GxP requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience supporting PI System in an industrial or pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in GMP-regulated environments is preferred.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
