About the Role

We are partnering with a global clean-technology company that designs and manufactures advanced NMC energy-storage solutions for industrial mobility, e-mobility, and specialty vehicle applications.

The company is expanding rapidly across Southeast Asia and is seeking a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager with a strong hunter mindset and established networks in commercial vehicles, off-highway mobility, marine electrification, or related sectors.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in new market development and can open doors with OEMs, integrators, and fleet operators across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Account Acquisition

  • Drive new business growth across Southeast Asia, focusing on industrial mobility, commercial EVs, specialty vehicles, and marine/off-highway electrification.

  • Identify high-potential customers and market opportunities, then execute tailored sales strategies for each country.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 system integrators, vehicle manufacturers, distributors, and end customers.

Sales Execution

  • Manage the full sales cycle prospecting, qualification, proposal development, technical discussions, negotiation, and closing.

  • Work closely with internal technical and engineering teams to propose customized NMC energy solutions that meet customer specifications.

  • Provide accurate pipeline updates, competitor insights, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Market Expansion & Representation

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer showcases across Southeast Asia.

  • Monitor regional trends in mobility electrification, vehicle decarbonization, and NMC solution adoption.

  • Support the establishment of local partnerships, channel relationships, and strategic accounts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • 6-15 years of B2B sales experience in any of the following areas:

    • Commercial vehicles (bus, truck, specialty fleets)

    • Industrial/off-highway mobility (construction, agriculture, mining)

    • Marine electrification or railway/transport systems

    • NMC battery-based energy or mobility solutions

  • Proven hunter with a track record of opening new accounts and driving revenue.

  • Strong network across OEMs, vehicle manufacturers, integrators, or fleet operators in SEA.

  • Skilled in selling technical or engineered solutions with long sales cycles.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable working remotely and travelling frequently within the region.
