Our client is an international energy storage solutions provider, specialising in customised high-performance battery systems for electric mobility, commercial vehicles, marine, and stationary applications. With a strong track record of delivering end-to-end solutions globally, they are now expanding their commercial presence across Europe.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Sales Manager (Hunter profile) to spearhead business development and customer acquisition across the European market. The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven professional with a deep understanding of industrial mobility or vehicle systems, and a strong network among OEMs, system integrators, and fleet or energy solution providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and sales growth for customised battery and energy storage solutions in Europe.

  • Identify and engage potential customers across electric vehicle, industrial mobility, and energy system sectors.

  • Build and manage relationships with OEMs, fleet operators, and key channel partners.

  • Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to specific industry segments and countries.

  • Collaborate with the technical and product teams to tailor proposals and system solutions to customer requirements.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

  • Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and client meetings across Europe.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales or business development within industrial mobility, automotive systems, or related technology solutions.

  • Strong network and relationships within vehicle OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or system integrators in Europe.

  • Hunter mindset driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously.

  • Strong technical sales acumen; ability to understand and communicate complex energy or mobility solutions.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Based in Europe; local hiring only.
