About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Security Solutions Sales Specialist to join our team. This role supports the Controls Department, specializing in selling cutting-edge security solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the designated territory.
  • Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Prepare and present compelling client proposals, negotiating to secure successful deals.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new projects.
  • Execute Salesforce campaigns to engage prospects and existing clients.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to promote and sell the companys products and solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in selling security solutions products or related technology.
  • Strong target-driven mindset with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
