Operations Executive

Responsbility:

• Assist in overseeing daily operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations while adhering to company policies.
• Support the processing of customer transactions, including bank account verification, deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations, for both fiat and cryptocurrency assets.
• Work closely with the Compliance and Customer Success teams to ensure that all transactions align with regulatory requirements and enhance the overall user experience.
• Monitor KYT (Know Your Transaction) activities for cryptocurrency transactions, helping to identify any suspicious or non-compliant behavior
• Assist in managing a diverse client pool, ensuring that user activity is within set thresholds and helping to resolve any issues that arise.
• Ensure the accurate processing of fiat and cryptocurrency transactions, maintaining clear documentation and timely execution.
• Support the preparation of monthly trade reports for retail and corporate clients, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
• Help track and analyze system performance, identifying potential operational issues and addressing them under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist in identifying inefficiencies within operational processes and recommend improvements to enhance workflow and productivity.
• Support the optimization of transaction processing and internal workflows, ensuring a smoother and more efficient operational environment.

Requirement

• 1-3 years of experience in an operations or financial services role, particularly in transaction processing or payment systems (fiat and/or cryptocurrency).

• Hands-on experience in handling bank transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations across both fiat and cryptocurrency platforms.

• Basic experience working in an environment where regulatory compliance is essential (preferably in fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial services).

• Ability to work with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel) and basic reporting systems to generate accurate data.
