Job Overview:
We are partnering with an innovative MedTech firm, renowned for developing cutting-edge AI-powered devices. With a strong presence in SEA, the company is now embarking on an exciting expansion journey into the EU market. We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead this expansion, focusing on building relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals across the EU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to establish and grow the company's presence in the EU market.
- Sales Execution:
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, healthcare institutions, and medical professionals, particularly doctors, to drive product adoption and sales.
- Business Development:
- Leverage your network and experience to explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand the customer base across multiple EU regions.
- Start-Up Environment:
- Embrace the start-up culture by taking initiative, working autonomously, and driving the business forward in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Travel:
- Travel extensively across the EU region to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support sales activities as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Proven track record of success in sales within healthcare industry, with a focus on selling to hospitals and engaging with healthcare professionals, especially doctors.
- Experience in a start-up environment is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and build lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the EU region.
- Familiarity with the healthcare landscape and regulatory requirements in the EU is a plus.
