About the Role
We are seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead / Manager to drive strategic partnerships and expansion within the blockchain and fintech ecosystem. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a deep understanding of L1/L2 protocols, market dynamics, and global fintech trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact partnerships with L1/L2 protocols and key ecosystem players.
- Develop and execute GTM strategies to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
- Build and nurture strong relationships within the fintech and blockchain community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced technologies and services.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities.
- Provide strategic insights and updates to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at global industry conferences and events.
Requirements
- Fluency in Chinese, Malay, and English (spoken and written) is a must.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of L1 and L2 protocols and their applications.
- 5+ years of proven success in business development, ideally within fintech, blockchain, or crypto.
- Strong industry network and relationships within the crypto ecosystem.
