About the Role

We are seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead / Manager to drive strategic partnerships and expansion within the blockchain and fintech ecosystem. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a deep understanding of L1/L2 protocols, market dynamics, and global fintech trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact partnerships with L1/L2 protocols and key ecosystem players.
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships within the fintech and blockchain community.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced technologies and services.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide strategic insights and updates to senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at global industry conferences and events.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Chinese, Malay, and English (spoken and written) is a must.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of L1 and L2 protocols and their applications.
  • 5+ years of proven success in business development, ideally within fintech, blockchain, or crypto.
  • Strong industry network and relationships within the crypto ecosystem.
