Job Summary:

The National Sales Director is a strategic management position that requires an in-depth

understanding of the domestic (Romania) IT market and a consultative sales approach for complex

digital transformation and automation solutions, targeting enterprise customers in key industries such

as banking, insurance, energy, telecommunications, manufacturing, consumer goods, and retail.

This role also places significant focus on building and maintaining a high-performing sales team.

The ideal candidate will cultivate a team of sales professionals who excel in consultative selling,

effectively address the unique needs of enterprise-level customers, engage with C-level decision-makers

and stakeholders, and foster strong, lasting business relationships.

Role:

Market analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor behavior to identify new business

opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.

Sales strategy development: Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve

and exceed short-, medium-, and long-term sales objectives across all industries and market

segments within the area of responsibility.

Building and maintaining a high-performing sales team: Recruit, train, and develop a team of

skilled sales professionals, fostering a positive and results-driven environment that encourages

continuous improvement and high performance.

Sales team coordination: Supervise, manage, and motivate sales teams to ensure optimal

performance and the achievement of established objectives.

Performance monitoring: Implement an effective system for monitoring the sales teams

performance and take necessary actions to ensure that sales objectives are met.

Sales process improvement: Identify and implement improvements in sales processes to increase

efficiency and productivity.

Development of relationships with key customers: Establish and maintain relationships with key

customers to ensure their satisfaction and provide the necessary support.

Collaboration with other departments: Work closely with marketing, presales, and delivery

departments to ensure strategy alignment and allocate adequate resources.

Reporting and analysis: Prepare periodic reports and analyses on sales performance and present

findings to senior management.

Higher education: Preferably in a technical field, such as informatics or related disciplines.

Advanced English proficiency: Both written and spoken.

Experience: At least 6 years of relevant sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a

similar position (coordinating sales teams, complex solutions, consultative sales) and a proven

track record of achievements in leading sales teams within similar customer segments.

Leadership: Ability to motivate and guide the team to achieve maximum performance while
