Frontend Developer (React.js) Federal Government of Baden-Württemberg, Germany

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to join our team for an exciting project supporting the Federal Government of Baden-Württemberg, Germany. This platform is utilized by the German Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Social and Health, and Ministry of Economy, delivering impactful digital solutions to citizens and government entities alike.

Position: Frontend Developer (React.js)
Salary: 17,000 - 19,000 RON / month
Work Type: Remote (possible 1 annual travel to Germany)
Languages: Fluent German required
Experience: Minimum 5 years

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React.js to enhance the government platform experience.
• Collaborate closely with backend and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration across Node.js, Kubernetes, and other backend frameworks.
• Build responsive, visually appealing interfaces with HTML, CSS3, and Figma for optimal user experience.
• Optimize frontend performance, ensuring the application remains fast, scalable, and reliable for a wide range of users.
• Work within an Agile team environment, participating in code reviews and contributing to continuous improvement of the project.

Required Skills:

• React.js: Expertise in developing robust frontend applications using React.js.
• HTML & CSS3: Strong skills in creating responsive, high-quality UIs.
• Node.js & Kubernetes: Experience integrating frontend with backend environments.
• SQL & Prisma: Knowledge of database queries and ORM tools.
• GraphQL API & Next.js: Proficiency in data management and efficient server-side rendering.
• Figma: Comfortable translating designs into code, ensuring high fidelity to the UI mockups.
