ELECTROMECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
- Equipment for printing cards by laser engraving highly advanced industrial machines from a technological standpoint

General Requirements:
- Education:
- Technical education
- Technical education in any field with certifications in electromechanics
- Relevant and demonstrable experience in the field of electromechanics
- Personality: loyalty, integrity, autonomy, flexibility, dynamism, friendliness, conscientiousness, attention to detail, availability for effort and short-term travel.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Availability and ability to work with flexible schedules/shifts
Specific Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an electromechanical technician
- Advanced knowledge of Windows
- Advanced technical English skills for understanding product manuals for equipment
- Ability to lift up to 30 kg
Considered an Advantage:
- Additional experience as an electromechanical technician
- Experience in maintaining card printing equipment through laser engraving
- Advanced technical education
- Knowledge in electromechanics, digital electronics, and software required for maintaining card printing equipment with laser engraving
- Experience working with electronic testing tools and equipment
Responsibilities:
- Emergency and preventive electromechanical maintenance:
- Constant monitoring of equipment functionality;
- Testing, diagnosing, and understanding equipment malfunctions;
- Solving equipment malfunctions;
- Specific activities to ensure the efficient use of equipment (monitoring, updates/upgrades, implementing monitoring cases, specific configurations);
- Documenting interventions performed on the equipment.
- Communication with supplier technical staff:
- Communicating equipment malfunctions and resolving most situations without managerial assistance.
- Learning and Development:
- Participating in personal and quality development initiatives sponsored by the company;
- Completing training and development courses in the technologies necessary for the job.
