To succeed in the company, youll need a positive and open-minded, collaborative mindset. We are a TEAM. As part of this, its must be natural to you to say what you do and do as you say. If you have a problem, you raise the flag in due time and together we find a solution.

What should you bring to the table:

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the data engineering role.
• Proficient in SQL (complex queries, modularization, optimization for performance and readability)
• Experience with Python, Java or other programming languages
• Familiarity with the modern data stack and cloud-native data platforms (e.g Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
• Hands-on experience with DBT or similar tools for transforming data and managing the ELT pipeline
• Experience with data orchestration tools (Dagster, Airflow)
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English, daily communication with US-team members.

Nice to have:

• Experience with GitOps, continuous delivery for data pipelines
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tooling (Terraform)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools

Here is a taste of what youll be doing:

Your primary tasks will be to:

• Designing and building analytics-ready datasets and implementing a semantic layer for data consumption.
• Developing and maintaining DBT models with a focus on modularity, reusability, and extensibility.
• Ensuring data quality through robust testing and defining clear data lineage and semantics.
• Optimizing query performance and implementing materialization strategies for scalability.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address data needs and ensure platform value.
• Documenting data models and establishing best practices for maintainability and usability.
