General Requirements:

• Education:
  • Higher education in IT or
  • Higher education in any field and a master's degree in IT or
  • Higher education in any field and IT certifications or
  • Relevant and demonstrable experience in the described IT systems
• Personality traits: loyalty, integrity, autonomy, initiative, flexibility, dynamism, creativity, friendliness, conscientiousness, attention to detail, analytical and synthesis skills, availability for effort and short-term travel.
• Advanced English proficiency

Specific Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT&C, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position
• Advanced technical knowledge regarding the technologies mentioned above. Having technical certifications and/or experience in cryptography/PKI is an advantage.
• Experience participating as technical staff in implementing complex projects.

Responsibilities:

• Implement integrated IT solutions within contracts with company clients, through design, installation, configuration, and testing activities.
• Ensure the administration of the implemented solutions within client contracts, through specific activities (monitoring, updates/upgrades, implementing monitoring cases, specific configurations).
• Collaborate with all functional departments of the organization or clients, providing assistance in using the managed solutions.
• Ensure the efficient use of the administered solutions.
• Continuously monitor the performance of the administered solutions and propose optimization methods where applicable.
• Follow up with the company's technology partners regarding the evolution/improvements they make, analyze the benefits these improvements would bring to the functioning of existing solutions, and propose their implementation.
• Participate in client demonstrations/POC (Proof of Concept) for the company's proposed solutions.
• Participate in the implementation of backup and restore processes for the solutions.
• Document interventions made to the client infrastructure solutions under management.
• Keep up-to-date documentation and procedures related to the managed solutions.
• Travel to client locations to perform specific administrative activities.

Specific Objectives:

• Develop and implement efficient project plans.
• Regularly evaluate and update work procedures.
• Continuously monitor IT infrastructures to detect and prevent security incidents.
• Coordinate and implement specific procedures to obtain accreditations and audit the systems implemented for clients.
