Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and professional IT Support Analyst to join our IT team in a fast-paced BPO/Contact Centre environment. The ideal candidate will have solid experience supporting Windows-based systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and device management through InTune. Youll play a key role in end-user support, asset management, and the day-to-day running of IT operations, ensuring minimal disruption to business services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Windows OS, Microsoft 365 (including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and other business-critical tools
Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft InTune and other deployment tools
Assist with user onboarding/offboarding processes, including lift and shift user setups across sites
Maintain accurate records of IT assets and ensure inventory is up to date
Support office moves, hardware rollouts, and software installations
Work closely with the wider IT team to troubleshoot issues and escalate where needed
Deliver support during shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and out-of-hours when required
Ensure work is completed with high attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all user interactions
Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar IT support role, ideally in a BPO or Contact Centre environment
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint
Hands-on experience with Microsoft InTune and device management
Understanding of asset management principles and best practices
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Highly reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment
A true team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Willingness to work flexible shifts and provide out-of-hours support when required
