Senior Business Analyst

Role: Senior Business Analyst (Ukrainian)

Location: Montenegro/Spain/Sweden/ Bulgaria/Poland/Romania/United Kingdom/Portugal// (Remote)

Experience: 6-8 years

Pay: $60,000 -$75,000 PA

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT outsourcing (were talking real-world expertise).
• Strong understanding of software development, stakeholder management, and strategic product development.
• Experience in market research, product strategy, and delivery road mapping.
• A pro at discovery, backlog management, and translating user stories into tangible requirements.
• Knowledge of modeling techniques (UML, BPMN) to help visualize your solutions.
• Someone who can take the lead, work autonomously, and navigate from concept to completion.
• Advanced English (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with global teams and clients.
• Familiar with Scrum, Waterfall, and tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Trello, and Figma.

Must Have:

• Have a technical background that helps you understand the nitty-gritty of IT projects.
• Have experience with B2B & B2B2C products.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities from start to finish, planning and managing throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Analyze solutions using the best practices, creating and maintaining a well-managed backlog of requirements.
• Be a key player in project ceremonies, offering insights and managing change requests to keep things moving smoothly.
• Contribute to presales processes, helping qualify leads and creating action plans that turn prospects into projects.
• Lead discovery phasesplan, align, and manage the discovery team while creating artifacts that present innovative solutions to clients.
