Our client, is seeking a dedicated and qualified pharmacist to join our team in Lucerne. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where professional growth and high-quality patient care are the main priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prescription Control and Customer Consultation: Ensure the accurate review of prescriptions and provide competent advice to our long-standing customers.

- Product and Service Development: Participate in the co-development, implementation, and execution of new products and services.

- Team Support: Assist the managing pharmacist and the pharmacy team with daily tasks.

- Quality Assurance: Maintain and ensure internal quality standards.

- Pharmaceutical Services: Deliver a range of pharmaceutical services in line with company policies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Education: University degree in Pharmacy (Diploma recognized in Switzerland or the EU).

- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.

- Languages: Fluent in German (essential for daily communication). Knowledge of French is an advantage.

- Personality: Positive and open-minded personality with a strong commitment to customer care.

Requirements:

- Licensing: Authorization to practice independently in Switzerland or willingness to pursue FPH certification (EU nationality and diploma required).

- Documentation: Complete application dossier including CV, work certificates, reference letters, and diplomas.

- Work Permit: Candidates must hold an EU/EFTA passport as a Swiss work permit can only be granted to these nationals.
