Role: Business Developer
Location: Zurich, Switzerland (On-site)

Pay: Euro 100,000 - Euro 120,000 PA

Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities via various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, professional networks) and qualify leads generated by the marketing team.
- Develop a deep understanding of prospective clients needs and secure qualified meetings (either in person or remotely).
- Present our solutions, demonstrating their added value and driving customer engagement.
- Prepare quotes, handle negotiations, and successfully close deals.
- Maintain high client satisfaction levels and identify new sales opportunities to offer additional solutions.
- Propose innovative sales approaches, optimizing the lead qualification process.
- Efficiently manage leads and opportunities using our CRM system (Salesforce) and marketing automation tool (Outreach).
Qualification:
- Holds a Bachelors or Masters degree in sales or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the Swiss market and in a SaaS or subscription-based company.
- Experience in HR solutions is a plus, though not mandatory, as training will be provided.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with resilience and a growth mindset when facing challenges.
- Enjoys working with international teams in a collaborative and upbeat atmosphere, with team spirit and intellectual curiosity as key traits.
