Credentialing Requirements Physician:

• Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency program in Emergency Medicine
• ABEM or AOBEM: ATLS only required to provide proof that the provider has had an ATLS at one point and does not have to hold a current one
• Board Certified or board eligible leading to certification in EM by the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) or American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine (AOBEM).
• Non-ABEM/AOBEM: MUST have a current ATLS
