JOB DESCRIPTION:

Dates needed - Nights 7pm - 7am Starting April 1st - ongoing

SUBMISSION REQUIRED:

Required Skills/Procedures: Central Lines & Intubation

1. The provider should have an active NM Board of Pharmacy?

2. The should provider have a DEA that can be dedicated to NM - meaning it cannot switch between weeks.

3. Can the provider do central line placement and ventilator intubation. If they cannot do this procedure.

4. The provider should have a 100% CLEAN background - this is required for temporary privileges.

CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:

• ACLS
• BLS

• New Mexico
