Coverage Type:

Holiday: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

Call coverage: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call

Practice:

• Inpatient
• Outpatient
• Patient per shift: 8-10

CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

• Board certificate
• BLS

STATE LICENSE REQUIRED:

• Oregon
