• Department- Labor & Delivery
• Reason for Coverage- Call Coverage
• Specialty- OB/GYN
• Dates needed - please include start and end times- Friday's beginning at 07::00 through Monday's ending at 07::00 - length of time tbd
• Inpatient/Outpatient or Both Hospital only
• Practice Setting- Hospital only
• Does Provider need to be Board Certified- Yes
• Will you accept Board Eligible- No
• Are Temp Privileges Available- Yes
• Do you only want to see CV's with an Active License- Yes
• How many Patients will see per day- 1 to 10
• Is there rounding? - Yes
• Avg patients they round on? 1 to 10
• How many calls do they get while on call? 1 to 10
• How many hours does it take to Round? 1 to 3
• How many times do they get called back in a 24hr shift? 1 to 3
• EMR system in clinic and Hospital- EPIC
• Is there support staff? Anesthesia, Nursing, Neonatal providers, respiratory, etc
