Coverage Type:

• Allowed Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
• No Call
• Outpatient
• Patients Per shift- 14

CERTIFICATES REQUIRED:

• Board certificate
• BLS

STATE LICENSE REQUIRED:
