We are currently searching for a talented Web Developer to join our client's team in UK. You will have the opportunity to work on all aspects of our state-of-the-art, in-house developed, ecommerce platform.

Their mission is to provide innovative and reliable websites, mobile applications, and platform tools that enable best-in-class Digital Marketing, Trading, UX, Payments, and Fulfilment. You will have the opportunity to develop across the full-stack, and a range of exciting technologies, to help us achieve that mission.

 

Their ecommerce platform runs in Azure and in our own private cloud. Any experience around cloud technologies, cloud hosting, containerisation and orchestration would be useful


You will have experience of the full software development lifecycle, along with an appreciation of quality assurance, continuous integration/delivery, and the benefits of automation. You will have experience of design, development, and testing, of fast, scalable, and architecturally robust solutions.

You will be committed to staying up to date with the latest technology and industry trends, continuously looking for ways to apply them for our benefit. 

 

You will have significant experience of the following

  • C# / ASP.Net Core MVC / .Net Core
  • Javascript
  • HTML 5 / CSS
  • Relational and NoSQL databases
  • Microservices architecture

 

It would be great if you also have experience of

  • Javascript Frameworks: React / Angular / React Native / jQuery
  • Git or similar version control system
  • RESTful Services
  • Elasticsearch
  • Redis
  • Apache Kafka / Azure ESB
  • Event-based architecture and design patterns
