Job responsibilities:

  • Assign tasks for seniors and Junior instructors on a daily basis by updating the timesheet.
  • Create schedules and open groups on CRM.
  • Responsible for part-time and full-time instructors (quality and budget).
  • Follow up with the sales manager on the start date of the groups.
  • Handling marketing and sales requests by preparing financial and technical proposals.
  • Handling B2B deals starting from technical and financial proposal preparation, instructors' assignment, customer feedback, and cash collection.
  • Open feedback on CRM, visit groups and receive oral feedback.
  • Assigning technical support sessions and workshops to the technical team.
  • Update technical material to CRM.
  • Review tickets and assign technical tickets and graduation projects for the technical team.
  • Confirm with the technical team the continuous development of the department.
  • Conduct interviews with instructors to confirm teaching and communication skills.
  • Conduct market research.
  • Training of newcomers.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1 year of experience 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
  • Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Strategic and creative mindset.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
