Job description:

*Responsibilities

- Prepare the financial statement for the branches.

- Manage branches' employees' day-to-day operations.

- Recruit and interview new employees.

- Train new employees.

- Ensure overall customer satisfaction.

- Oversee branches' expenses and budget.

- Responsible for branches' inventories, cleaning and maintenance.

- Prepare a weekly performance report for the branches' performance.

- Work on enhancing the KPI of the branches.

-Supervise on the branches employees and report to the operation manager

- Handling critical issues of the branches

*Requirements:

--customer service experience is a must

-Years of experience:3-5

-Very good English

-Bachelor's degree in any discipline

-Leadership and management skills

-Excellent organizational skills

-Results-driven and customer focused
