- Conduct market research to identify target audience and media channels.

- Set marketing objectives and goals, monitor performance, and evaluate results against key metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Build and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across various marketing channels and initiatives.
- Develop media plans and strategies that align with marketing objectives
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize media buys
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and negotiate contracts
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate campaign results to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:-
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning, campaign management, and team leadership.
- 2-3 years of experience in media buying or a similar role
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with media planning and buying tools and software
- Knowledge of advertising regulations and compliance standards.
