Senior Fullstack developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Fullstack Developer with expertise in PHP and Vue.js stacks to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, along with a passion for creating seamless user experiences and robust, scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to conceptualize, develop, and deploy new features and enhancements.

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of web applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

- Develop and maintain frontend components using Vue.js, creating dynamic and interactive user interfaces that align with design specifications.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using PHP, ensuring optimal data flow and system integrations.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, identify potential issues, and mentor junior developers.

- Identify technical bottlenecks or areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance application performance and user experience.

- Collaborate on the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- [8+] years of professional software development experience, with a focus on fullstack web development.

- Proficiency in PHP programming language and experience with popular PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony) to develop efficient and scalable backend solutions.

- Strong expertise in Vue.js and frontend technologies, with a proven track record of building dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.

- Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience in developing and consuming APIs.

- Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar, including designing and optimizing database schemas.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in both frontend and backend areas.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Prior experience in a senior or lead developer role, mentoring team members and providing technical guidance, is a plus.
