We are looking for Social media moderator to join our team.
Location: Maadi
Job Type: Full Time
Fixed Salary, Medical, and social insurance.

Responsibilities:
-Reviewing and moderating all user-generated content.
-Achieve the target of sales every month from chat.
-Moderating communities on social networking sites and implementing the brands strategy where appropriate to ensure that the brand tone of voice is consistent and to keep our customers satisfied.
-Responding to and following up with queries from any communication channel to provide prospects with prompt and professional information on our product and ensuring all queries are fulfilled on time.
-Making reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues, and outcomes to have cumulative data to track the performance.
-Keeping track of the community moderation insights to regularly provide feedback to the social media team.

Qualifications:
+1 year of experience
-Proven experience in using all social media channels.
-Proven experience in sales chat, (preferably in the education industry).
-Knowledge of the whole sales process.
-Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to customers.
-Fast typing speed in both English and Arabic.
-Very good in English oral and written.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
