AMIT Learning is hiring a Full-time (Admin Assistant) in Maadi.
Requirements:
Experience from 1 to 3 years in any relevant field.
Bachelor's Degree is a must.
Excellent communication skills.
Professional Attitude.
Responsibilities:
Greeting trainees appropriately via phone, or personally, and providing support in answering, or referring inquires.
Maintain student attendance, and forward it to involved parties.
Prepare invoices, reports, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, and PowerPoint.
Provide administrative support, and performs numerous duties including scheduling, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions, and requests.
Liaising with other parties (Ex. Social insurance, banks, Aramex.... etc.).
Answering questions about the products of the company.
