Our Client is a London-based tech start-up that is growing rapidly & is backed with excellent funding. Their app leverages AI & ML to gain a deep understanding of its users & provide a tailored experience in various contexts.
This role will require you to collaborate with both mobile & backend engineers, as well as other wider business functions with the scope to translate requirements into well-engineered solutions.
Technologies: Python | Django | AWS | Kubernetes
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the backend architect, to implement the backend systems that support the app
- You will also be working with a team of mobile & ML engineers, as well as the wider business community to translate requirements into well-engineered solutions
Requirements:
- Experience building server-side applications & relevant programming languages
- Experience with microservices & RESTful APIs
- Experience engineering scalable and reliable solutions
- Experience hosting & maintaining an application on the AWS platform
Desirable:
- Exposure to continuous integration, delivery, & deployment
- Comfortable working in agile methodologies
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
