As Business Developer your main goal will be to drive the top line revenue with UK clients, direct acquisition of new business/new clients and ensure that existing clients love our products and increase their use over time. Your experience of the UK market research industry is compulsory.
Your responsibilities
- Working with the UK Managing Director and the VP Client Solutions, drive the development and execution of the strategic sales revenue plan of our qualitative and quantitative capabilities in UK
- Driving the top-line revenue for UK clients, you and your team will acquire new clients and foster the adoption and use for existing clients.
- Ensure new business, repeat revenue objectives & profitability goals are achieved in UK
- Develop our UK Market strategy, by choosing the right verticals and partners. You will align our marketing efforts with the Marketing department
- Working with the SVP Client Solutions, manage overall sales process, setting appropriate metrics for sales funnel management 50% Account Leadership – managing & developing existing accounts
- 50% New Client Business Development
- Setting targets for accounts (financial, non-financial)
- Defining actions to achieve their targets
- Reviewing all assigned accounts on a quarterly basis if they achieve their targets (on track / not on track)
- If not on track - re-defining their actions to get back on track
- Acquiring new accounts
Desired profile
- 2-3 years’ experience selling in Market Research area, with a focus on quantitative data collection
- 2-3 years of establishing, developing and managing a successful team in the UK market research industry
- You are a proven team player and networker
- Structured and independent working method
