What will I be doing?
You will be responsible for managing the work for the Scrum development team, being involved in sprint planning, sprint reviews, stand ups and prioritising the product backlog. Working closely with the Product Manager, you will need to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including within the development, testing and design functions.
You will be responsible for understanding the business and its processes, whilst eliciting requirements from the business to allow the development of software and solutions. You will work within a fast-paced environment as this company is rapidly evolving, you will presented with several technical challenges and would suit a dynamic, driven Business Analyst who likes to get things done!
The ideal candidate will have…
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner
- Commercial experience working within the Finance industry, if this has been fund management even better!
- Experience working with Agile development teams
- Experience taking ownership of a software product
