Our client in France is seeking passionate and conscientious test engineers to execute the validation activities for the next generation vehicle controller, which is integrating new and advanced software functions for cloud connectivity, EDGE processing, and supporting autonomous driving, EV, and advanced connectivity features.

What You Will Be Doing
You will be part of a global team that is developing electrical system validation test plans and procedures for automotive body, audio, active chassis, and/or safety systems. You will make extensive use of CAN testing tools and traditional electrical testing equipment in an electrical lab atmosphere to test and troubleshoot vehicle systems. You will design automated test benches to support the above systems as well as troubleshoot complex automotive electrical issues. You may be asked to support the development of test methods for new and advanced features including ADAS and EV systems

Profile
  • +3 years of experience validating software in automotive applications
  • Ability to use electrical debugging tools such as digital multi-meter, oscilloscope, and current probes.
  • Ability to read and analyze digital communications data (CAN/LIN)
  • Ability to work on vehicles and in a test environment (hands-on)
  • Good understanding of microprocessor-based electronics and electronic circuits.
  • Good analytical problem-solving skills

  • Experience testing in multiple development contexts (Linux, AUTOSAR, Android)
  • Experience with ADAS, Ethernet interfaces, and modules.
