Enterprise Solutions Manager

As our Enterprise Solutions Manager, you will be pivotal in identifying, designing, and implementing technology solutions that meet our enterprise-level needs and strategic objectives. You'll also manage vendor relationships and budgets and ensure secure, compliant, and performant solutions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design and Architecture: Create blueprints and architecture for new enterprise solutions, assessing current systems and infrastructure for improvement opportunities.

2. Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of enterprise solution projects, from planning and development to deployment and integration.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders (including senior management, department heads, and vendors) to understand needs and ensure solutions meet business requirements.

4. Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor technical teams in delivering complex projects, providing technical support and expertise.

6. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring cost-effective and reliable solutions.

7. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for enterprise solutions, ensuring responsible resource allocation.

8. Security and Compliance: Ensure solutions meet industry standards and regulations, addressing security risks and compliance requirements.

9. Performance Monitoring: Implement and monitor the performance of solutions, using data analytics to identify areas for improvement.

10. Training and Support: Develop training materials and provide ongoing support to ensure users effectively utilize solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

2. 3+ years of experience leading application support or development teams.

3. Strong knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies relevant to web and mobile development.

4. Familiarity with emerging trends in cloud technologies and mobile applications.

5. Experience managing and reporting on budgets, team performance, and project timelines.

6. Hands-on experience with system architecture, cloud technologies, and emerging trends like mobile app APIs, virtual environments, and software development technologies.

7. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in business terms.

8. Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions with minimal supervision.
