Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Program Trainer to join our dynamic team. The Junior Program Trainer will be responsible for assisting in the development and delivery of training programs to employees across various departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in training and development within our organization.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Train the trainees on how to contact individuals by telephone.
  • Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
  • Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
  • Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of BPO experience with at least 6 months in some type of support role (SME, coach, QC)
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.
  • Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
