Job Description

  • Handle outbound customer calls to address inquiries, concerns, requests, and appointment setting.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other platforms in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer inquiries effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Update customer records and document interactions in the CRM or ticketing system.
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, resolution rates, and response times.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and deliver exceptional service.
  • manage all social media activities for the clients needs

Requirements

  • Coachable
  • Proficient in English language (fluent and conversational)
  • Interpersonal and rapport building skills
  • Previous VA experience preferred or any BPO campaign experience
  • Computer literate
  • With or without Experience
  • With or without college degree
  • have a general idea of how social media sites/apps work
