Job Description
- Handle outbound customer calls to address inquiries, concerns, requests, and appointment setting.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other platforms in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Update customer records and document interactions in the CRM or ticketing system.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, resolution rates, and response times.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and deliver exceptional service.
- manage all social media activities for the clients needs
Requirements
- Coachable
- Proficient in English language (fluent and conversational)
- Interpersonal and rapport building skills
- Previous VA experience preferred or any BPO campaign experience
- Computer literate
- With or without Experience
- With or without college degree
- have a general idea of how social media sites/apps work
