Job Description:

Ameritel BPO, a well-established outsourcing/offshoring company, is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, creating new business opportunities, and maintaining existing customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and identify new opportunities for Ameritel BPO's outsourcing/offshoring services.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop strategies and campaigns to increase sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on leads.
  • Work with the Operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and knowledge of outsourcing/offshoring trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify new business opportunities.
  • Experience with cold-calling and lead generation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with outsourcing/offshoring industry preferred.
