At Ameritel BPO, we are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our outsourcing and offshoring team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for leading the development, execution, and analysis of social media marketing and advertisement strategies. We are seeking a talented individual with a passion for social media and a strong understanding of different social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media plans to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Create and curate content for social media platforms, including graphics and video content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand and message across all platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in social media platforms and algorithms.
• Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely manner to improve engagement.
