Job Description

    CRM Management
     -Update and maintain client records in the CRM system.
    - Track leads, follow-ups, and policies.

    Website Support
    - Monitor and update insurance policies and content on the company website.
    - Assist with online form submissions and customer inquiries via website chat tools.

    Social Media Management
    - Schedule and post updates on social media platforms.
    - Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.

    Calendar Management
    - Schedule appointments and meetings for the client.
    - Set reminders for important deadlines or follow-ups.

    Chat Support
    - Handle customer inquiries via chat tools with professionalism and efficiency.
    - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.

    Additional Tasks
    - Process insurance claims or policy applications.
    - Prepare and send reports or documentation as needed.
    - Conduct basic research or gather information for the client.

Requirements

  • Coachable
  • Proficient in English language (written and verbal)
  • Interpersonal and rapport building skills
  • Previous VA experience preferred or any BPO campaign experience
  • Computer literate
  • With or without Experience
  • With or without college degree
  • have a general idea of how social media sites/apps work
