Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Train the trainees on how to contact individuals by telephone.
- Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
- Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
- Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in a BPO Training role OR 2 years as professional teaching.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.
- Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
Benefits
- 30,000-50,000 Base Pay (based on experience and performance)
- Low training throughput requirement - 30%
- 1,500 Monthly or 40,000 Annual Perfect Attendance Bonus
- Fixed Schedule and WEEKENDS ARE ALWAYS OFF

- Up to Two(2) weeks Christmas and New Year Break
