Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Training Pay: 550 pesos/Day

Training Period: 30 working days

Salary: 25,000-35,000 PHP monthly

Reports To: Team Leader/Supervisor

Schedule: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PH Time

Location: Clark Pampanga (our only site location)


Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound calls
  • Read from provided scripts and follow given call flow
  • Follow coaching feedback and directives given by team leader and site management
  • Maintain professional attitude and behavior on site
  • Requirements
  • Coachable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Interpersonal and rapport building skills
  • With or without experience
  • With or without college degree
