Job Description:

Position Title: Work From Home Customer Service Representative

Training Pay: 600 pesos* /Day

Training Period: 30 working days ON SITE**

Salary after passing training: Per Month or Full Commission up to 100k PHP (full breakdown below)

Reports To: Team Leader/Supervisor

Schedule: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PH Time

Location: Clark Pampanga (our only site location) for training then fully remote after training

**We do NOT offer any relocation assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls
• Read from provided scripts and follow given call flow
• Follow coaching feedback and directives given by team leader and site management
• Maintain professional attitude and behavior on site

Requirements

• Reliable internet connection
• Dedicated workspace in the area you will be working remotely from
• Coachable
• Strong communication skills
• Interpersonal and rapport building skills
• With or without experience
• With or without college degree
• Ability to self-manage and stick to tasks

Getting Paid:

• Pay will be on the 5th and 20th of each month
• Leads are counted Monday thru Saturday

Pay Break Down: Offer 1

₱ 15,000.00 Fixed monthly Salary (No Closed Deal Bonus)

• Individual health leads - ₱ 420.00 each
• Group health leads - ₱ 660.00 each
• Live call transfer individual health leads - ₱ 1,200.00 each
• Appointments - ₱ 900.00

Pay Break Down: Offer 2

Full Commissions with Closed Deal Bonuses

• Individual health leads - ₱ 600.00 each
• Group health leads - ₱ 780.00 each
• Live call transfer individual health leads - ₱ 1,500.00 each
• Appointments - ₱ 900.00

• Closed Deal Bonus
• ₱ 3,000 - Policy with 1-3 People
• ₱ 6,000 - Policy with 4 or more People

Work directly with a USA-based company from the comforts of your home on either a full or part-time basis. You will be provided all the training and support for you to make as much money as you want.
