Position Overview

As a Benefits Representative, you'll connect with families, schedule virtual appointments, and guide members through available coverage options. Your role is to provide clear information, answer questions, and help families make informed decisions about their benefits.

Ideal Candidate

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using basic computer programs and virtual meeting tools
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
Able to manage time effectively in a remote environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
