What You'll Do
In this role, you'll act as a trusted point of contact for families, helping them understand and navigate their benefits with clarity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and explain benefit options through virtual meetings
  • Accurately complete and manage required documentation
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships through consistent follow-up
  • Work closely with team members to improve client experience and workflow

What We're Looking For

  • Must be legally eligible to work in US or Canada
  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or client-facing roles is preferred
