Position Overview
We are looking for motivated, professional, and service-focused individuals to join our remote team. In this role, you will work directly with union members and association members who have requested information about their benefits. You will help them understand their options, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls
Schedule and conduct virtual benefits appointments
Explain available benefit programs and coverage options clearly
Assist clients with applications and required documentation
Maintain accurate client records and provide excellent service
Participate in ongoing training, development, and leadership opportunities

What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, professional, and energetic attitude
Customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
Basic computer skills and comfort working in a virtual environment
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
