About the Role

We support union members, credit union members, association groups, and their families across Canada by helping them understand permanent benefit programs built to protect their financial future. Our work is centered around education, service, and long-term support for working families.

We're currently growing our remote team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating clearly, and building a career with room to advance.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with families through virtual appointments, helping them review available benefit programs and complete the necessary steps with confidence. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable guiding people through important information online.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with members and families through Zoom meetings
  • Explaining benefit programs in a clear and professional way
  • Helping members complete required forms and documentation
  • Following up with clients to provide ongoing service and support
  • Keeping accurate records of conversations and completed applications
  • Working with team members to ensure a smooth member experience
  • Taking part in training, coaching, and development sessions

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for dependable, people-oriented individuals who are ready to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team environment. Experience in customer service, administration, client relations, or similar roles is helpful, but we also welcome candidates with the right attitude and work ethic.

Qualifications

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada or US
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Post-secondary education is an asset
  • Previous experience in a client-facing, administrative, or support role preferred
  • Comfortable working remotely and using basic online tools
