Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and schedule virtual client appointments
- Present benefit programs via Zoom using a structured needs-based approach
- Complete application requirements in coordination with underwriting
- Track and report daily activity
- Participate in optional training sessions to enhance performance
