Life Insurance Agent - Work From Home

About the Role

As a Life Insurance Representative, you will meet with families virtually to review their benefit options, answer questions, and help guide them through the enrollment process. You will be responsible for providing clear information, completing accurate documentation, and maintaining strong client relationships through ongoing support.

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual appointments with families through Zoom
Explain permanent benefit options in a simple and professional manner
Help clients complete applications and required documents
Ensure all client information is accurate and compliant
Follow up with clients to provide continued service and support
Build long-term relationships with families
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
Work with the team to improve service, systems, and overall client experience

Qualifications

Legally authorized to work in Canada
High school diploma or equivalent required
Post-secondary education is an asset
Previous experience in sales, customer service, administration, hospitality, or other client-facing roles is preferred
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable working remotely and meeting clients over Zoom
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Willing to obtain a provincial life insurance license if not currently licensed
